Short version: If the tool breaks or you get charged incorrectly, we'll refund you. If you received your full scorecard, refunds are generally not available because the service has been delivered.
RecrOOtr delivers a digital service. Once your resume scorecard, re-score, or cover letter has been generated and displayed to you, the service is considered delivered. Because the analysis is produced instantly and cannot be "returned," completed orders are generally non-refundable.
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Pro ($99) and Unlimited ($199) tiers include bundled features (cover letter, interview guide, re-scores). Refund eligibility is the same as for the Single Review — if the digital analysis was delivered successfully, the order is generally non-refundable.
If you used a promotional discount code for free access, no payment was collected, so no refund is applicable. If you experience any issues during beta testing, we'd love to hear about it at hello@recrootr.co.
We stand behind the quality of our analysis. If you feel your scorecard didn't deliver value, reach out to us. While we can't guarantee a refund for completed scorecards, we're happy to discuss your experience and see how we can help.
